To enhance account security and optimize platform operations, we are implementing the following policy for managing long-term inactive accounts:
■ Definition of Inactive Account
• Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days (6 months)
■ Applicable Measures
• Accounts meeting the above criteria will be automatically converted to "Dormant" status.
• Dormant accounts can be fully restored through a simple login and identity verification process.
• All assets held in dormant accounts will remain securely stored in a segregated custodial account, completely separate from Goldepot's operational funds.
※ Note:
For users who have active investment products, the account will remain in normal status regardless of login activity.
All profit settlements and contract conditions will continue to apply in accordance with the original agreement.
■ Advance Notice
Users whose accounts are subject to dormancy will receive prior notifications via email or SMS.
At Goldepot, we place the highest priority on the protection of your assets and personal information.
We are committed to preventing potential security risks associated with inactive accounts through proactive management and ongoing system enhancements.
